"My Stir fry String Beans with pork" ( Fil-Am version ).
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. tiny sliced of Pork tender lion.
1 pack frozen string beans ( 16 oz ) or fresh string beans which ever you prefer
1 small red onion/white/or anything you prefer ( but I used red )
2 or 3 cloves of garlic ( I like garlic and so I put 4 cloves ) (:-)
1/3 cup of soy sauce ( I used light sauce kikkoman )
crushed chili red pepper
garlic powder
Worcestershire sauce
Dried Italian and dried parsley
vegetable oil or olive oil ( I used vegetable oil )
Preparations:
1. Heat the Pan ( medium heat ).
2. Just put a little bit of vegetable oil.
3. Put the tender lion pork then let it brown.
4. Set aside when it gets brown, then put garlic, onion, soy sauce, powder black bell pepper and crushed chili red pepper and wait approximately 3 minutes.
5. Mixed everything and then put the frozen string beans put the lead on for 5 to 6 minutes ( but it depends, me I'd like crispy string beans ) put a little bit of Worcestershire sauce and after few minutes ready to go.
Approximately 4 people per serving.
I had it for lunch today 07/01/09 was my Fil-am version of stir fry string beans and with rice aside and what I did was I mixed it altogether and believe me it was so yummy and delicious (:-) because I made it of course. There is nothing wrong to invent your own recipe. If you feel it will works then go ahead.
